Post award of Job Submission and get approval for all design related documents from Client.
Shall be responsible for collecting all inputs to carry out the design activities that are under his area of work.
Generate innovative solutions
Ensure quantity control & optimization of civil & structural quantities
Interact with project execution team for resolving the problem.
Witness Tower Testing at Different test Beds
Review and ensure optimum design before submission to client.
Prepare BOQ and design documents which are required at pre Tender stage.
Maintain all the Engineering Documents as per ISO norms set by the management.

Technical Expertise in activities of Route Selection, Profiles, Sag, Tension Charts, design of Transmission Line towers, foundations, gantry structures. Design Engineer shall be able to review, design the detailed drawings for TL towers. Shall be able to design all types of foundations (pad & Chimney/ Isolated Foundation, Combined Foundation, pile foundations etc). Should be aware of design calculations as per codes of domestic & international codes. Should have knowledge on selecting the Test Load cases for Towers. Able to prepare Stringing Chart for site. Conversant with Indian Standards and international standards like BS, UBC, ACI, ASCE related for TL and Foundation design.
Excellent in MS office and working knowledge of Auto CAD Effective Computer Skills, MS Office, Discipline Specific Software’s & Applications.
Customer Centricity
Proficiency with structural software like PLSCADD, PLS Tower, STAAD Pro ,PLS Pole, Global Mapper ,TLTSOFT(Internal)
Must be capable of reading the Technical specification and able to identify the different clauses related to Tower Design and Foundation Design.
Successful tower testing (checking design capability)
