Develop sourcing and procurement strategies for services and construction labor.

The Sourcing & Contracts Specialist – Services/Construction partners with internal stakeholders across Projects, Operations, and Pipeline teams to manage contracting for service and construction labor, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets. This individual‑contributor role requires strong procurement knowledge, familiarity with contracting concepts, and the ability to assess requisitions for cost, quality, and timely completion.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in procurement/sourcing for services or construction projects with complex scopes.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, contracting and procurement processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with MS Office, SAP and Coupa (preferred).
Ability to prepare accurate procurement reports and demonstrate attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; periodic travel to sites and supplier locations.
Willingness to work on‑site daily with occasional evenings/weekends and carry a cell phone for on‑call support.
Desired certifications: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and legal experience.
