This is a full-time office-based position, focused on developing architectural designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations throughout the design process.

Create high-quality 3D models and visual presentations using 3ds Max and SketchUp.
Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant municipal regulations.
Participate in design reviews and provide architectural input to resolve technical issues.
Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings and documentation using Revit within a BIM environment.
Develop architectural designs through all project stages from concept to detailed design.
Assist in reviewing material submittals, mockups, and architectural detailing.
Review contractor/shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide technical support during design implementation.
Coordinate architectural work with other disciplines including structural, MEP, and planning teams.
Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery in alignment with project schedules.

We are seeking a qualified Architect with strong experience in design and design development. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years within engineering consultancy firms.
