Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring proper setup and access for employees.
Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain network performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Manage Active Directory, including user account provisioning, group policy administration, and access control.
Provide network support, including basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Deliver technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and security enhancements.
Proven experience in IT Support, User Support, and Active Directory Management.
