The Lead Technician for Serclean’s Asbestos Division is responsible for overseeing day-to-day asbestos abatement operations and supervising field crews. This includes managing containment setup, safe material removal, regulatory compliance, jobsite documentation, and customer communication.

Ensure trucks are stocked with asbestos equipment.
Communicate with adjusters, homeowners, and project managers
Coordinate containment, negative air systems, and decontamination units.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NESHAP, and state regulations.
Certifications: State-required asbestos supervisor certifications strongly preferred.

Ability to wear full asbestos PPE: respirators, protective suits, gloves, safety glasses, and work boots.
Technical Skills: Ability to read asbestos reports, scopes, and regulatory documents.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in asbestos abatement, Water Mitigation or hazardous materials work.
