  • Partner with internal business units, external vendors, and local governments to align on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to integrated system planning across electric generation, transmission, distribution, and natural gas assets.
  • Ensure project accountability through use of RACI charts, maintaining clarity around ownership, responsibility, and task completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and tactical implementation plans using Excel and Microsoft Project.
  • Drive relationship management across teams to ensure accountability and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee progress on approximately 30 concurrent projects, ensuring each meets key milestones and deliverables.
  • Support supply chain coordination and schedule alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage project communications, develop memos, and provide updates to leadership on financial performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support financial planning, analysis, and tracking for major capital projects, ensuring accuracy in budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
  • Prepare and support regulatory filings, including quarterly and annual financial documentation and project certifications for state commissions.

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, project management, or regulatory environments.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Microsoft Project.
  • Prior exposure to integrated system planning or large capital project delivery.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as utilities or telecommunications.
