- Work directly with customers in a technical engineering role and participate in planning sessions to define networking requirements.
- Design and implement communications solutions for field and remote locations, ensuring secure facility connectivity and cloud‑based data exchange.
- Install, configure, and support network equipment (e.g., TACLANEs, firewalls, routers, switches) and maintain a library of engineering tools for testing and diagnostics.
- Monitor network performance, lead troubleshooting across local and external sites, and apply DoD Information Assurance policies.
- Produce documentation for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operator usage; contribute technical content to product documentation.
- Support Agile workflows using Jira, Confluence, and GitLab; provide onsite support in a classified environment with limited short‑duration NIPR remote work.
