You will be responsible for all aspects of the pre-tenancy and property management of a portfolio of approximately 60 properties. Tasks include both proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, check-ins and check-outs, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building, and more.
Our client is a well-established house builder based in Chesham and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to assist with their residential portfolio.
£45k +
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Free parking is available on site.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £45,000 depending on previous experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays.
