Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture is a mandate from a reputed college is preferred.
Proficiency in software’s i.e. Auto-CAD.
Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality is preferred.
Candidate must have minimum 9 years of experience.
Expertise with building structures and the entire project lifecycle.
It is important for this role to have great coordination skills and in-depth knowledge of working drawings and making accurate drawings.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant experience of team handling.
Ability to create precise technical documents for construction projects.
