Overview
1965 Start
Year Founded
The company was established in 1965 in a converted potato-chip barn.
$200+M Revenue
Annual Revenue
Grown into a regional distributor with over $200 million in annual revenue.
Employee-owned since 1995, it has grown into a regional distributor across multiple Mid-Atlantic states.
Their business spans a broad project base—from industrial automation to lighting design, wire, conduit, data, control gear, and energy solutions.
Regular investments, like a new service center in Virginia and merger with Kovalsky-Carr in New York, show its strategic expansion.
With one of the largest inventories on the East Coast and in-house engineering support, they back projects end-to-end.
Typical clients include industrial plants, commercial builders, and infrastructure contractors dealing with complex electrical systems.
They combine deep technical expertise with hands-on services—product testing trailers, lighting design, kitting, next-day delivery.
Unusually, the company remains 100% employee-owned and continuously invests in specialized facilities and customer stock warehousing.
