Collaborate with Operational and Field Performance Managers to address evolving business needs, legislation, and strategy changes.
Ensure accurate management information and reporting for operational contracts.
Work with Commercial/Category Managers and external account managers to drive continuous improvement.
Translate new requirements and improvement strategies into contract changes or new contracts.
Manage and monitor planned contracted OPEX spend.
Oversee workflow with contract planner, ensuring governance compliance.
Ensure company systems (Maximo & MTM) accurately reflect planned maintenance by contractors.
Coordinate, schedule, and plan planned/reactive maintenance for cost-efficient and compliant delivery.
Manage and be accountable for MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) contractor performance.
Act as the single interface between Southern Water and operational contractors.
Maintain full Health & Safety compliance across all contract activities.
