  • Order Accuracy & Reporting – Maintain a clear order backlog with confirmed commitments, conduct root cause analysis to ensure Error Free Orders (EFO), and prepare KPI and performance reports.
  • Sales Order Management – Enter and process customer purchase orders in SAP accurately, ensuring compliance with ABB regulations and managing amendments or cancellations as per customer requirements.
  • Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth shipment processes by obtaining required documentation, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with teams to meet SLAs and business objectives.
  • Customer Support & Coordination – Act as the face of ABB to resolve customer and FES inquiries, follow up on deliveries, and handle order modifications such as rescheduling or unblocking.

  • BE / B. Tech – Mechanical / Electrical or MBA Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Management or Operations Management roles.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels and with customers.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) for reporting and analysis.
  • Well-structured and proficient, skilled at navigating a lively workplace and facilitating the sharing of best practices across groups.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) and SFDC, with advanced process and data management skills.
