Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary components. Supervise and train junior

Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machine tools and related equipment.
Attend shutdown Maintenance work fall on holiday/Sunday
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Diagnose and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in CNC machines

Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of different types of CNC machines-HBMs, VMCs, VTLs, CNC Lathes,
conventional Lathes, Milling machines, Surface Grinding machines and other machine tools.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the machine tool industry.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
8-10 Years Hands-on experience in Maintenance field – Heavy Engineering Machine Tool Ind.
Having knowledge of ISO:9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
Eager to learn new skills & have hands-on experience to work on machinery, different types of EOT, Cranes / MHE vehicle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software i.e. CMMS
Proficiency in Office-365
B. Tech / bachelor’s in electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
