Electrical Foreman - Data Center

Description

• Mentor field team members and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings
• Represent KE in customer walk-throughs and site meetings
• Assist with documentation, change orders, and site logistics
• Partner with the Construction Manager and project team to solve issues and adjust plans as needed
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule
• Serve as on-site point of contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and customers
• Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments
• Support and enforce project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards

Requirements

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and work on your feet for long periods of time
• Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience in a Foreman or Project Lead role

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction or Data Center construction and best practices
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication independently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards
• Ability to dig, backfill, and manually move materials
