- Process and track inbound/outbound shipments; maintain accurate records and documentation
- Validate shipping paperwork and support driver check-ins
- Manage RMA activities for returns and warranty shipments
- Assist with facility needs including IT coordination, office supply stocking, and event support
- Maintain consumable inventory (dunnage, boxes, pallets, supplies, etc.) and ensure organized stock areas

- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
