CNC Operator 3rd Shift

Description

• Carry out all routine machine maintenance as mandated by TPM protocols.

Requirements

• Prior machining experience is preferred. Strong mo tor coordination is crucial.
• Skilled in utilizing the DLOG system on machines to accurately record work stoppage codes.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Basic math skills are essential.
• Must have comprehensive technical expertise in machining processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating the pre-setter, executing set-ups, and managing load/unload tasks efficiently.
• Solid understanding of blueprints and tolerances, including advanced print reading skills.
• The role demands the ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven expertise in accurately inspecting tools, determining which require replacement, assembling tools, and conducting precise measurements.
• Clear and legible reading and writing skills are necessary. Working safely while wearing protective equipment is mandatory.
