CentiMark Corporation is seeking a motivated, strategic Business Development Manager – National Accounts to drive growth across the Northeast and Mid‑Atlantic regions. The role focuses on prospecting, developing, and expanding multi‑facility national accounts for Fortune 500 companies, REITs, and large industrial and retail organizations.
Success in this position requires a consultative sales approach; national account sales at CentiMark are built around asset management, capital planning, service consistency, and long‑term partnerships across entire portfolios rather than one‑time transactions.
The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $70 k to $150 k, plus commissions, bonuses, a car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits suite. After establishing accounts to a manageable scale, they transition to a National Account Manager while the Business Development Manager continues to support and earn commission for a defined period.
