The Leasing Consultant will manage daily operations of the leasing team at a Laurel community, delivering personalized tours, recommending floorplans, and highlighting neighborhood amenities. This role requires strong customer service, sales, and marketing skills, as well as weekend availability, particularly on Saturdays, to accommodate high‑traffic prospect visits.
