Job responsibilities include working with a variety of electrical, pneumatic, and electronic instruments to measure and control variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, level, and composition. The technician will calibrate, repair, maintain, and adjust system components, and install and maintain instruments and controls on new or existing equipment. Experience with changing electric motors, water/vacuum pumps, gearboxes, and rubber/extrusion equipment is a plus.

• Operate and calibrate electrical, pneumatic, and electronic instruments for pressure, flow, temperature, level, and composition control.
• Repair, maintain, and adjust system components; install and service instruments and controls on new and existing equipment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, standing, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50–75 lb.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and sharp tools.

Requirements: the candidate must be an experienced Maintenance Technician with 3–5+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong logical decision‑making, time management, multitasking, and mechanical aptitude are essential, along with the ability to remain professional under pressure and exhibit a positive attitude. Excellent communication in English, knowledge of health and safety practices, and a sense of ownership and accountability are also required.

Working conditions demand high mobility, including routine walking, standing for long periods, reaching, twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50–75 lb. The role is in a fast‑paced environment that requires considerable sensory attention, with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and sharp tools.

• Change electric motors, water/vacuum pumps, gearboxes; rubber/extrusion experience considered a plus.
• Apply 3–5+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrate strong logical decision‑making, time management, multitasking, and mechanical aptitude.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and uphold health and safety practices.
• Exhibit ownership, accountability, and a positive attitude under pressure.
