- Inform credit investigation analyst of new accounts established and provide accounts for processing.
- Maintain/control customer Masterfile records in accordance with the guidelines per the ERP of use.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Validate all requested changes or additions to customer Masterfile meet requirements for full complete set up and are assigned correctly.
- Monitor and track short payments through portal link and report monthly to supervisors and managers of any outstanding deductions by age of deduction, assignment and reason.
- Fully supports Company goals of continuous improvement and operational excellence at strategic and tactical levels including reviewing areas of responsibility for improvement opportunities to initiate projects or communicate ideas to management as well as active participation on project teams.

- Microsoft excel and word experience.
- The ability to interact effectively with all levels.
- BA/BS in finance, accounting or business administration and or related work experience.
- Two plus years of experience in credit/collections, or financial institution, previous multi-currency trade experience.
- JDE, S4 experience.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
