Follow all Energy Star installation and service processes and procedures.
Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options
Participate in training on a continuing basis
Promote Knight products and services on every call.
Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
