Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift
Able to effectively troubleshoot and permanently solve production issues
Can work independently without supervision and in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Trade School completion preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels
Fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision
