Responsible for quality performance of assembly and feeder’s areas and identify root cause and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions on a monthly basis.
Performs and leads Warranty Claim and Failure Mode Investigation and Analysis; resolves warranty issues and promptly responds to customer concerns and requirements.
Participate and provide support in Quality System, Support ISO 9001:2015 certification and EQS Policies.
Builds Organizational Capability
Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions on opportunities identified at the internal assessment or monthly performance operation review.
Along with the OPEX and Business Improvement Managers, assure identification and implementation of capital projects and cost out related to internal and external customer improvement.
Provides quality performance trend analysis and reports key quality and product integrity metrics.
