• Engage with premium clientele and foster long-term relationships
• Sell with a consultative approach, ensuring premium experiences for clients
• Drive negotiations & close high-value deals
• Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
• Develop and implement strategic sales forecasts and commercial relationships
• Network at industry events to build lasting business relationships
• Pitch proposals & presentations to senior management and key decision-makers
• Meet and collaborate with architects & interior designers to showcase our products

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Comfortable with high phone engagement – calling and networking are key!
• Ability to work both independently & within a team
• Maintain exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail
• Be highly energetic, proactive, and results-driven
• Strong proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
• 2+ years of experience in business development for luxury interior products
• Two-wheeler mandatory for easy client visits
