  • The monitoring inspections will involve temperature testing of water outlets, Inspection of cold water storage tanks, water sample collection, showerhead disinfection and infrequently used outlet flushing
  • Undertake monitoring and maintenance of building water services as part of a Legionella Control Program in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG 274

  • Demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the maintenance, servicing and testing of Chemical Water Treatment services
  • City & Guilds or similar accredited Legionella Awareness Training
  • The inspections will be undertaken using a PDA and web based electronic log book system
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material (HSC ACoP L8, HSG 274, Water Regulations)
  • Demonstrate plumbing qualification, C&G Level 1, 2 or above
  • Current Full UK Driver’s Licence
  • Demonstrate previous experience in related water system remediation/maintenance works
  • The successful candidate will undergo a period of shadowing and training dependent on experience
  • The role may involve working in a multi-site capacity therefore you must be prepared to travel throughout the region
