- The monitoring inspections will involve temperature testing of water outlets, Inspection of cold water storage tanks, water sample collection, showerhead disinfection and infrequently used outlet flushing
- Undertake monitoring and maintenance of building water services as part of a Legionella Control Program in accordance with ACoP L8 and HSG 274

- Demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the maintenance, servicing and testing of Chemical Water Treatment services
- City & Guilds or similar accredited Legionella Awareness Training
- The inspections will be undertaken using a PDA and web based electronic log book system
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material (HSC ACoP L8, HSG 274, Water Regulations)
- Demonstrate plumbing qualification, C&G Level 1, 2 or above
- Current Full UK Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrate previous experience in related water system remediation/maintenance works
- The successful candidate will undergo a period of shadowing and training dependent on experience
- The role may involve working in a multi-site capacity therefore you must be prepared to travel throughout the region
