The position involves post‑contract commercial contract administration, including re‑measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, monthly cost reports, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub‑contractors, and the management of insurances and bonds. Attendance at design and commercial meetings is also required.

Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university and a minimum of five years of post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management, with at least four years in a consultant or client environment. Experience with FIDIC contracts and proficiency in QS software such as CostX is preferred. Relevant sector experience may include hospitality, residential, building or infrastructure projects, and strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and technical English writing skills are essential.
