Core competencies include a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, customer focus, professionalism, organization, adaptability, punctuality, dependability, initiative, application of learning, and persistence. While the role has no direct supervisory duties, the Estimator may act as a mentor or resource for colleagues.
This is an exempt, full‑time role with a standard schedule of Monday‑Friday, minimum 40 hours per week. Travel to project sites, pre‑bid meetings, or training events is occasional, and a company vehicle is provided for business‑related travel.
