The MWR Coordinator will run a 24/7 integrated recreation program that includes fitness, learning resources, morale‑welfare‑recreation centers, theater, marketing, media and ticketing services for the community.
- Oversee fitness center, learning resource center, MWR center, theater, marketing, media, and ticketing/tour operations.
- Ensure Non‑Appropriated Fund (NAF) resale activities follow local instructions, conduct inventory, and balance merchandise each shift.
- Protect cash and assets per AFMAN 34‑202 and Installation Resource Protection Program.
- Coordinate with U.S. forces, Saudi partners, and team members to share information and meet contractual performance objectives.
- Manage a diverse, international workforce and be available within two hours of notification for on‑site meetings.
- Deliver recreation services to approximately 4,000 personnel, maintaining proper utilization and safeguarding of government and contractor property.
- Submit required contractual documentation to the government and perform other assigned duties.

The position works both indoors and outdoors in a variety of climates, requiring use of personal protective equipment, occasional heavy lifting, and may involve overtime, shift work and travel to support contingency or wartime missions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of relevant experience, be a U.S. citizen with a valid driver’s license, passport, and a current Secret clearance, and meet CENTCOM MOD‑15 requirements. Preferred qualifications include USAF FSS (3F1X1) AFSC, MWR experience, CPR/first‑aid certification and some college education.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years relevant experience.
- USAF FSS (3F1X1) AFSC or MWR experience (highly desired) and some college coursework.
- CPR and first‑aid certification preferred.
- U.S. citizenship, valid driver’s license, and passport with at least 13 months validity and six blank visa pages.
- Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Fluent English reading, writing, speaking and meeting CENTCOM MOD‑15 theater requirements.
- Proactive, organized, results‑oriented, team‑player with strong interpersonal, communication and customer‑service skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and typical office software.
