- Conduct metallurgical analysis and mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, fatigue) on spring steel grades.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., EN10270, ASTM A228) and internal quality protocols.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Catia, UG Nx ) for design.

- Strong knowledge of spring steel grades (e.g., 65Si7, EN42J, SAE 9254) and their forming behaviour.
- Use of lofted bends, sweeps, and multi-body parts for composite or hybrid fastening components.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
