Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or any relevant discipline to Customer Success / Customer Experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously and efficiently
Working knowledge of business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Client facing experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, and/or technology consulting is a plus
Strong educational background
Experience with customer management platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc), and/or energy and construction domains is a plus
Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027
Outstanding analytical and communication skills
