- Manage DR Implementation
- Document infrastructure architecture designs, SOPs, and configurations thoroughly
- Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and guide resolution hands-on

- Responsible for Datacenter Day to Day Operations
- Drive continuous improvement in reliability, scalability, and efficiency of systems
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction and development opportunities
- Build and maintain infrastructureautomation scripts and templates (e.g., PowerShell, Infrastructure-as-Code)
- Ensure Datacenter uptime

- Patch management and configuration tools (SCCM, WSUS, Intune)
- Experience moving Active Directory to Entra AD
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distributed business applications
- Experience upgrading Active Directory / Forest On-Premises
- Deep experience with Windows-based infrastructure, virtualization, and storage/backup
- Monitoring and alerting tools (SCOM, PRTG, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
- Experience in mid-sized or multi-site enterprise environments
- Storage platforms (SAN, NAS), backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)
- Strong scripting and automation experience (e.g., PowerShell)
- Linux Server – multiple “flavors”
- Experience moving Microsoft services to Entra (ex, Cloud PKI)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute infrastructure projects from start to finish
- Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, ITIL, or equivalent
- 10+ years of technical infrastructure experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team lead capacity
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO)
- Experience with Entra AD / Entra
- Technically confident and hands-on; leads by doing
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments (Azure preferred)
