Document all installed equipment as needed, including make, model, serial number, fuel type, test measurements, photos, etc.
Perform work on systems from major manufacturers including Carrier, Liebert, McQuay, Trane, and York, amongst others.
Service and install equipment such as chilled water systems, chillers, cooling towers, furnaces, packaged units, rooftop units, and split systems.
Utilize multiple software applications and digital platforms to complete service documentation, access technical resources, communicate with team members, and support efficient workflow and customer service.
Maintain an accurate record of time spent on customer jobs, as well as any non-billable time.
Coordinate with dispatch and travel to job sites within the service area, ensuring timely arrival and clear communication with customers regarding any delays.
Identify and communicate opportunities for additional services, system upgrades, or maintenance agreements to support customer needs and business growth
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and electrical components across a wide range of system types and sizes.
Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency service calls on a rotating schedule.
Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, professionally, and respectfully with clients, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Maintain company vehicle in clean, safe, and professional condition, including regular refueling, reporting mechanical issues, and completing vehicle inspections.
Provide the highest level of customer service, quality workmanship, safety, and communication with an adherence to project timelines.
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential applications, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Complete all required documentation (in various systems) and pre-task plans thoroughly and accurately to ensure job readiness, safety compliance, and clear communication with team members and customers.
Build and maintain professional, respectful relationships with internal teams—including dispatch, sales, and procurement—to support smooth coordination, clear communication, and high-quality service delivery.
Diagnose a wide range of service issues, source and install replacement parts, calibrate systems per manufacturer specifications, and clearly explain findings and solutions to customers.
Ensure vehicle is stocked with appropriate parts, tools, and safety equipment to support efficient service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry technologies and best practices.
