Managing the day-to-day Incoming Sales and Projects enquiries, Sales Orders
Working alongside the procurement and operations team, reporting directly to the Technical Sales and Projects Manager.
Managing Gross profit margins and trend – Maintaining required gross profit of the business.
Managing Customer Queries and delivering high level of customer Service satisfaction.
Expediting – Sales Order, Supplier RFQ, Limited Purchase Orders.
Working alongside Project Procurement Teams.
We are looking for a motivated individual to work within our growing business for the Technical sales and project team. This role is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project and sales RFQ delivery. As the business are participating in some key tenders, this individual will be integral to the delivery of the projects and ongoing sales commitment to our customer base.
KPI Reporting and Management Reporting where required.
Position: Internal Salesperson Location: Burton On Trent Salary: £27,000- £29,000
