Lead - Non-Aero Projects

Lead delivery of non‑aero airport commercial projects, managing budgets, timelines and stakeholders.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with operator guidelines. -Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. -Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. -Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and regulatory standards. -Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for non-aero commercial developments (retail, F&B, lounges, parking, advertising spaces, etc.). -Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, procurement) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, BCAS). -Manage leaseholders/vendor requirements and ensure timely handover of commercial spaces.

What You Bring

-Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera). -Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. -Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). -PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage. -Experience working on the client’s side or in an owner's representative role is highly preferred. -7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in airport or infrastructure projects. -Problem-solving and risk management capabilities. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field (master’s degree preferred). -Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance in airport environments. -Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. -Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools, and project coordination. -Strong understanding of airport operations and non-aero revenue streams.
