Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

May assist entry level recruiters or onboarding specialists.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Schedules interviews and provides hiring managers with interview guides.
Develops and extends offers with input from the hiring manager, HR partner, and compensation as needed.
Collaborates with HR business partners and department managers to confirm job descriptions and hiring criteria.

A minimum of four years of recruiting experience required. More recruiting and/or broader HR experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to adapt and adjust as needed in a growing environment.
Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field required.
SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
SHRM-CP preferred.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
Self-starter: ability to identify a need, take action, and drive for results.
