Tasks

-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. -Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities. -Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. -Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships. -Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. -Prepare reports on account status. -Forecast and track key account metrics. -Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. -Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to team members and customers

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office products. -Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of two years of experience supporting similar primary responsibilities. -Timberline & Salesforce experience a plus.
