The role is titled Government Apprentice, Company Apprentice, or Diploma Engineering Trainee. Candidates should have 0‑1 years of experience in production, line assembly, or quality and possess basic knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes. Strong interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and multitasking skills are required, along with knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Additional desirable skills include familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools, business understanding of the specific area, and the ability to give oral and written feedback. Candidates should also have basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply chain management, as well as strong problem‑solving abilities and process discipline.
