Financial Management Analyst - Transaction Management

Description

The Financial Management Analyst role on the CTM Transaction Management Team in Gurgaon, India, supports end‑to‑end financial operations, revenue governance and cross‑functional reporting. The position maintains accurate financial data, ensures timely billing and collections, and delivers insights that drive operational and financial decision‑making.

• Manage and maintain revenue data in JLL financial platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct periodic data integrity checks and align operational and financial systems.
• Share monthly billing transaction summaries and coordinate timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Assist with revenue booking, invoice validation, and accrual details.
• Prepare monthly variance summaries and perform invoicing and accrual reconciliations.
• Generate receivables aging reports and track outstanding collections.
• Liaise with business teams to update collection status in finance systems.
• Utilize advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, power queries) for revenue tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to improve revenue reporting system efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with business development to produce quarterly and year‑end reconciliation reports.
• Update fee‑share and rebate reports for monthly distribution.
• Act as liaison between finance and business teams to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Apply strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret financial data.
• Maintain attention to detail and uphold financial integrity under tight deadlines.

Requirements

Success in this role hinges on extensive coordination with internal JLL teams and client teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, being proactive, and serving as the go‑to person for reporting concerns.

Candidates should hold a graduate degree and possess 2‑3 years of experience in finance operations, revenue accounting or reconciliation, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
