Assist in the resolution of technical enquiries via the various media forms available to the Dealer/Installer.
Maintain a strong preferential link with our suppliers to provide seamless support of their products as part of a Solahart System.
Collaborate with Field Sales & Sales Administration to identify training opportunities in order to reduce the number of repeat enquiries of the same type or nature and improve our customer service to the end-customer.
