Assistant General Manager - Product Support Representative (Defense)
John Cockerill
Develops large‑scale tech solutions in energy, defence, industry, environment, transport & infrastructure.
Operate, maintain, and support HALT defense weapon systems with diagnostics, repair, training.
Report, on monthly basis, the HALT fleet status to allow potential product upgrade and ensure customer satisfaction.
As crew member, operate and maintain turret systems/ vehicle. This includes handling and firing of ammunition of various types.
Execute technical support such as system diagnostics and repair activities.
Ensure preventive and corrective (Inc. diagnostics and repair) maintenance of John Cockerill Defense weapon systems, in the frame of mission preparation and execution.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronic engineering with good mechanical skills, or Mechanical engineering with good electronic knowledge or Member of the armed forces (preferably with experience of electronics & mechanical systems and / or with experience in direct firing weapon systems).
Nice to have Knowledge of turret systems at the operational and maintenance level.
Extensive international training on cutting-edge weapon systems
Hands-on exposure to live product testing, firing demonstrations & mission readiness
Be able to deliver, as subject matter expert, a training or a technical support to our customers.
Open to operate in a multicultural environment.
High mobility required as activities can be scheduled on the whole of the Indian territory.
Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Technical mastery in diagnostics, maintenance & repair
At least 5 years work experience in the Defense field.
Must be able to write documents (reporting, technical documents, etc.) in English.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
