Assist in defining and documenting processes relating to Asset and Lifecycle management in order to improve the customer experience and internal department efficiency.
Create knowledge articles for Support and Business stakeholders.
Work directly on the Computer Lifecycle Strategy to lifecycle computer hardware - Includes consulting with end users, inventory reconciliation and creation of work order requests.
Consult with both end users and computer technicians on computer hardware standards and configurations to address any outstanding issues and provide long term solutions for the customer.
Work within a defined set of processes and procedures, including Knowledge, and Tickets.
Ensure quality assurance and reliability measures are followed.
Provide detailed reporting on computer assets and lifecycle replacement forecasts.
Keep current on technology industry trends or issues and assess impacts on existing computer configurations and standards.
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals.
Configure, support and maintain corporate computing devices using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
Assist in maintaining personal computing equipment and inventory.

A strong background in client support and demonstrated ability to work with clients of varied technical skill levels.
Well organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Oral and written communication skills, including understanding of good documentation practices.
