The Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant role goes beyond cleaning; you will quietly ensure our Whanganui village remains fresh, homely, and dignified, helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.

Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, laundry, and kitchen facilities to high standards.
Launder, fold, and return residents’ clothing and linens with care.
Label, mend, and maintain residents' personal laundry items.
Support infection control and health and safety procedures.
Build respectful relationships with residents and attend to their unique needs.
