Role

Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections; maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to report on progress, workforce needs, and potential issues.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, local building codes, and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance, hands-on support, and mentorship to crew members.
Interpret and execute electrical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.
Manage and supervise on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and apprentices on residential job sites.
Order and track materials and tools required to keep projects moving efficiently.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of residential electrical code compliance and safety best practices
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in the field
Required License: Valid Journeyman License or Master Electrician License
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on residential electrical experience (single-family homes) preferred
