Description

• Track key deliverables, commitments, and action points from CMD’s office.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, and notes for CMD’s review or meetings.
• Coordinate communication between CMD’s office and various departments.
• Assist with vendor coordination and travel arrangements when required.
• Maintain organized records, files, and follow-up trackers.
• Help organize internal meetings, reviews, and external visits.
• Assist the EA in managing CMD’s daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Quick learner with curiosity to understand business processes.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management , Business Administration, or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Professional grooming and presence.
• Poised, composed, and respectful in interactions with senior leadership.
• Discreet, disciplined, and reliable in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
