As Modeling Lead, you will partner with business stakeholders to translate challenges into technical requirements and deliver solutions through technology innovation and process improvement. You will guide architecture design, oversee implementation, and ensure high‑impact project delivery that supports the company’s digital transformation strategy.

Build partnerships with business stakeholders to understand plans, processes, and identify inefficiencies.
Lead end‑to‑end technology implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT and change management.
Champion creativity, continuous delivery, and foster a culture of innovation.
Own existing technologies, evaluate emerging solutions, present business cases, and conduct prototypes/POCs.
Collaborate with user community to incorporate needs into strategic solution design.
Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members.
Oversee third‑party consultants and contractors delivering models and data projects.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of digital implementation experience, with at least 2 years using Anaplan.
Anaplan Model Builder certification; Anaplan Solution Architect and Master Anaplanner certifications preferred.
Experience in financial services, real estate, or private equity industries.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, SDLC, and experience with BI and integration tools.
Demonstrated desire to teach, mentor, and make significant individual contributions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.

Benefits

The compensation package is exempt, paid bi‑weekly, with an annual base salary ranging from $110 K to $120 K CAD plus a 20 % bonus.
