Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely investigator budgets to keep clinical trials on track and reduce delays.
The Clinical Site Budgets Manager partners with CROs to review master budgets, ensure alignment with study protocols and fair market value, and resolve escalations when site costs fall outside parameters or undisclosed items arise.
Attend cross-functional meetings, meet with CROs, address budget escalations, align with internal teams, and analyze deltas between master and site budgets.
