Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer - Dams

Description

• Design mechanical systems for dam operations and equipment integration.
• Conduct inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams.
• Provide construction support, including quality control evaluation and reporting.
• Prepare tenders and proposals while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

Successful candidates bring a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and a proven ability to produce design reports, drawings, and specifications, preferably within the dam industry. Strong written and verbal communication, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to build relationships with stakeholders and industry groups are essential.

• Hold a Mechanical Engineering degree (or related discipline).
• Demonstrate experience delivering mechanical design documentation (reports, drawings, specifications) in the dam sector.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
