Our Services team delivers 24/7 support to hospitals, utilities, data centres and other critical facilities. As the Electrical Projects Coordinator you will support a diverse portfolio of electrical projects—including UPS, cooling, batteries, switchgear and circuit breakers—across Secure Power and Power Systems operations, contributing to the strategic growth of our global organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Planners, Contractors, and site‑specific parties
- Liaise with customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance on product solutions and services
- Manage project documentation such as scopes of work, schedules, risk assessments, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines
- Provide hands‑on technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor ensuring high satisfaction

The ideal candidate holds relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (Electrical, Engineering, Technical or Project Management) and has proven experience coordinating large‑scale technical projects. Strong IT and project‑management tool skills, stakeholder‑relationship abilities, and a natural problem‑solving attitude are essential; postgraduate qualifications are a plus. Candidates must have working rights in Australia.
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Engineering, Technical, Project Management, etc.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager on technical projects
- Intermediate IT skills and proficiency with project management tools and digital platforms
- Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships and achieve outcomes through people
- Strong problem‑solving skills leveraging technical knowledge to navigate complex challenges
- Postgraduate qualifications viewed favorably
