Role

Tendering a variety of large-scale projects in Ireland, UK & across Europe.
Prepare tender review & progress reports for evaluation with Group Estimating Manager.
Attend meetings and site visits are when required.
Evaluate, analyse & validate supplier and sub-contractor quotations.
Involvement in full tender process from beginning to completion.
Liaising with relevant parties/supplies/subcontractors.
Issue tender RFIs and review client response with Estimating Team.
Handover of final estimates to Group Estimating Manager & Director.
Conduct in-dept reviews of tender documents, drawings, specifications, schedules etc.

Strong computer skills especially in the use of Excel/GSheets/etc.
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and time management skills essential.
A strong analytical mindset with excellent negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Relevant degree qualification.
Problem solving skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure with strict deadlines.
