Experience: 8+ years or relevant experience.
Knowledge: oil and gas industry engineering practices, including 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195, ASME codes, and API standards.
Technical knowledge: oil and gas pipeline system and facilities design; natural gas meter stations, compressor stations, gas processing and dehydration systems, interconnect valve sites, launcher/receiver facilities; renewable natural gas plant design; terminal liquid bulk storage tanks, pump stations, piping systems, provers, LACT units, and pipeline facilities; natural gas liquids processing, refinery process equipment installation, and mechanical layout design; simple-cycle plant design; design of machinery and repairs to large mechanical equipment; and retrofit of mechanical systems for plant expansions or improvements.
Education: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
Software: familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, process flow simulation/hydraulic modeling software, and pipe stress analysis software.
Benefits
Compensation: anticipated range of $95,888–112,112 annually (salary). Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance. This position is classified as exempt (salaried) under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
